
Late into the night, I constantly find myself fighting my thoughts. Other times it happens at the most random hours of the day. I pick up my phone, looking for someone to talk to . I have friends who constantly remind me that they are there for me, but then there’s always this thought that crosses in my mind, “there are people with bigger problems, hold yourself together ” and that is how I end up suffering alone 😫.
One of the greatest mistakes we make is belittling our pains or those of others. ! We compare what we feel to the bigger giants out there, then end up feeling lonely and sometimes suicidal .😞
How about us being real when we tell someone that am here for you.! What if we’d set the standard out there that there’s no small or big pain.!! …what if this kind of positive mentality saved just one more life, because we genuinely cared.. ?After all there’s no big or small suicide hmm.. 🤗
So hey, get you a genuine care for others. It could save the world😉
